I believe the true test of an Insurance Agent lies during the time of a claim more than the initial policy purchase process. I found Gurleen Ji through YouTube and we purchased the HDFC Ergo Optima Secure Policy through them. They were quite professional and helpful during the policy purchase. Recently, my father had to get admitted for surgery for which the Ergo Team initially denied the Cashless Claim without any basis and I felt truly helpless. For the first time, I had tears in my eyes while talking to Gurleen Ji and requested her to do everything she can because we had disclosed every possible detail and this was our right. She made sure to take care and got the cashless claim re-accepted by EOD. It was a silly excuse that the Ergo Team had to give. (They missed checking the proposal form where we had declared the PED) In any case, we all felt so relieved and my father was proud of my decision of going ahead with HareePatti.
